zachary wong's reflections for day 1 :D

Overall, I enjoyed the IPO thoroughly as it helped to bond us together as a class, ‘thaw’ the ice among us, and teach us the importance of teamwork. At the start of the day, I did not know the names of some people in my class. But at the end of the day, I knew everyone’s names. Also, over today’s IPO, I got to know my class’ overseas scholars better. I particularly liked the treasure hunt, even though we had to do a lot of ‘sucking up’ to our seniors. To finish the activity in the least possible time, our ‘tribe’ split up the work and everyone focused on his/her task, enabling us to finish 3rd among 20 teams. Thus, the treasure hunt not only inculcated teamwork, a very important value in VIP life, but also orientate myself to the new campus. The telematch helped us to know everything we needed to know about VJC. Looking forward to the next 4 days :D
