Vincent's IPO of Day 3

Yo People!
Im seriously tired now... Honestly dont feel like doing a reflection...
Oh well.


We had a mass dance again in the morning, and learnt 2 new dances, even more difficult than the previous 2. And one was a Partner dance :O lol well that got many people shocked and jumpy as the dance was not only requiring another gender-ed partner, it was also tough. Well enough about that. We also did a Tribal Dance, to call upon the rain. And believe it or not...well just believe it, it rained. When we were heading out to the Parade Square, the clouds started pouring water. All the PSLs were like 'Rain rain go away', but then i thought; Wasn't it US who asked the rain to come? Why are we stopping it from happening now? :O Ah.. Irony.


Anyway, after that was a really dirty time. Really really dirty. A mixture of Saliva, Water, Soy Sauce, Flour, and even Soap, covered our body as we went through the Wet Games Stations. They were really fun... except the forfeits were a bit sadistic. I ended up needing to do weird things to earn suck-up points for our Tribe, such as Proposing to... a PSL, bursting a bag of soy sauce on mah head, doing Sai kang, etc. At the end of it, we received a reprimand from the head honcho, Jin Kai, for 'not giving the right attitude towards the games', taking our enthu-ness away. But it was all a bad bad prank, after the PSLs started splash us with pails and pails of water/flour/soy sauce/rain (pick one). I dont feel like going into that, I'd shiver. :D

Well to end it off, I guess today was the dirtiest and most active day so far (I know it won't be, *reads day 4 itinerary* ), and it was also quite fun. I enjoyed it a lot. Except the last part. Coldddd. D:

Im falling asleep in front of the screen so yeah >< shows how exciting today was :DDD.

Today was the best among the past few days, mainly because of water games.
To kick the day off we did mass dances and it was super fun seeing others do the friendship dance,since they felt so awkward dancing with the opposite sex :P

The much awaited wet games after that.At first we were afraid of getting wet, then we started being spontaneous and pouring water on ourselves. It was really cold but definitely worth it. It was good seeing how the tribe each contributed and took one for the team. Everyone sacrificed themselves one way or another.(take off shirt/ weird stuff in hair/ sit on flour and soya sauce) so yeah we really learned to trust our teammates and work together:)
Then we went to the basketball court to assemble. Suddenly all the PSLs had PMS and (insert lecture here).
BTW great scam :D although I was stoning there. Awesome acting by Jin Kai, Farhanah, Harish. Can join mediacorp.

So many surprises that i wonder what they will do tomorrow :D I hope its fun! Really big thank you to the PSLs for making the IPO so awesome XD

Huimin's 3rd day of IPO. ^^

Okay sorry for not posting the day before.
Okay so today was, wet. Although it was wet and dirty and well, easy to fall down. It was fun! The seniors scared me though, I thought that they were really mad at us and I felt so guilty. Lucky it was only a joke.. Hahas. ^^
Okay, plenty of water, plenty of fun, and also the class cheer is getting together and we are beginning to work better as a team, in my opinion. Okay that's all, byebye! :D

Last but not least, I love the scam u psls did. I wasn’t affected (yay) cos I BEHAVED like a goody twoshoes demi-god haah :D but I was worried about my dear friend who kena very badly… Hahas well at least he became okay after realizing the truth :D but why did some people have to cry! BE A MAN! DUH! Haha crap when im tired, ANYTHING CAN COME UP FROM MY MIND

Reflections Day threeee~

I totally love the dirty games! I didn’t expect the games to be that hard core cause the
previous days the games were much milder! I had a lot of fun and I think tribe
1D is also opening up a little more and people are taking more initiative etc.
Anyway thank God the rain was not too heavy and he answered all our prayers ;D
Praise the Lord!!

And the hair thing was so fail ahahah but fun! Poor Sylvia but good job for her
initiative! (: I realise I can’t hear directions I am just sooo bad.the
scissors paper stone game was awesome, though people were hurt. ); I think my
butt has a bruise aahahha. Omg I am still very stunned by the ‘fake scolding
thing’! It’s kinda scary la. But so fun! I got sooo wet and after that when I thought
everything was over, kena one bucket over me. /

The games were so well plan and the GM’s were so calm even though there was rain;D Sian zi pua, I left my shoes in school can you believe how kuku I am. Anyway, I learnt about being enthu ahahahha and also working as a team, and as a class and not be too competitive! Our class got more bonded I guess!

Andris' Reflection - Day 3

YES! 3^rd Day! Wet day! Dirty day! Super LOL day! I was tricked by my watch into thinking that I was late and I rushed to school like some mad girl and realised my watch was 10mins faster. Cheat my feelings.

The LT1 have a few death trap chairs and it was awesome when we tricked Darren into thinking that we reserved him a chair. The chair felt as if it can break very easily. Yet Calvin, Jack and I forgot who else were rocking the whole row of chairs. Don’t they find it freaky?! O.o Good news! We won’t start class until Feb! YAYYYYYYY! :D

Ok. Mass Dance. Weird. Stupid. Messy. Jack was WTH-ing throughout the whole thing. And I keep on bumping into others! So sorry! D:

Lunch was a quick one. Most of the class ate chicken rice. Haha! We then did our cheer.

HEY~~~

I’m so tired after such a fantastic day.

In the morning, I was totally lost in the mass dance. Eh, didn’t know what to do next all the time.

The wet station games were awesome. I was all wet after the games. The last game I played (Jin Kai’s) was extremely XXX. My PE shorts went colorful after it. And the JOKE (I don’t think it’s funny, but as it is a tradition, I, just accepted it…) is ‘GREAT’. The performance of the actors and the actress were so excellent that most of us (nearly all of us) didn’t find it at all.

I’ll just end here. As being tired, eh, say ‘GOOD NIGHT’ to everybody!

to write down about.The water games was absolutely something i though was just the cream of ipo[saying from the 3 days]... i wish we could continue longer... ya but this time we will help the psl to fill in the water bags so that we can have more bags/pouch in less time!! The day was hectic but ya we enjoyed enough..!! so guys i am felling sleepy!! let me sleep... waiting for tomorrow . don't know what is to arrive and yet will go tomorrow . with a huge smile.. DAY 3 [SI YAO]

Hello!
A crazy day!
Ihave heard from that we were going to get wet today.
However... ...
All the morning seemed peaceful, we learned the cheerful friendshipdance.
Wow! That is so cool!Some girls feel a little shy, so do I.
I really hope I can dance this well! :-)
Then, let's get wet !!!
All the afternoon was Ahhhhhhhh~~~~

Reflections for Day 3

Hi again.

Today we had our 1st IP assembly in the morning.

Then we found out that athough our boat ranked fourth among all the five boats, we were the champion for the overall. I bet we were all very elated and kept cheering. Then we learnt another two new dances called the tribal dance and friendship dance. I did not dance the friendship dance as I went to the washroom and by the time I came back there was no remaining people! So I sat one side and watched the people dance! It was very funny...some people did not know how to dance the friendship dance...some people could not get along to the beat...and there were some who could do the dance!

After that, we had lunch. After lunch we gathered at the concourse to learn and practise our new cheer. I think that our new cheer is very special and effective in gaining more suck up points as it is original. Though we cannot really remember it now, I think by the end of IPO we should be able to say it smoothly. And we still  have another two more class cheers to learn!

Then when we were ready to play the mass games, it started raining heavily and we had to wait for the rain to end. Our senior class and our awesome class presented our class cheers one by one following with the other senior classes and other classes.

When the rain ended, we played the mass games! Since we played a lot of games, I shall not go into detail of each game. When we had to assemble, the PSLs started scolding us. Then as they asked us to close our eyes and reflect on what we had done in the pass three days, water was splashed over our heads. Then everyone was throwing water balloons at each other and everyone was dripping wet.

It was a really fun day playing all the games although we were all dirty and tired after the games. I bet we are all looking forward to tomorrow's amazing race and food trail! I hope it does not rain...

Jaslyn's Day 3 Reflections

Mass dance is a tiring affair.... Many people like me are born with two left legs and I was confused half of the dance.....

Wet games...... not my first and probably not my last. But this was my dirtiest game I've ever played. It was upsetting how it rained, but we couldn't control the weather...

I think that my teammates were really self-sacrificing (you know who I'm talking about). And I learnt interesting facts today.

Overall, I found out that I had to be more confident of myself as well as the fact that I've been colouring my powerpuff girls wrongly for many many years....

Reflections (Day 3)

Today was SUPER EPIC! The day started off with mass dance. The mass dance today was slightly more complicated than yesterday's and we had to dance with someone from the opposite gender. It felt a little awkward at the start but after a while we got the hang of it and grooved to the music. XD Next we had mass games and station wet games. I found the station wet games the most memorable. I particularly enjoyed the station where we had to wrap a team member with one roll of toilet paper. We had to pelt the opponent's 'Mummy' with water/soya sauce/flour (dissolved in water) so as to cause the 'toilet paper wrap' to droop down while defending our team's own 'Mummy'.

At the end of all the stations, the whole IP1 cohort assembled at the Parade Square. The PSLs started scolding us for being late and lacking sportsmanship. I should have known long ago that all these was an act but I must admit that the PSL (especially Harish, Jin Kai, Horatio, Farhana) made it seem so real. One minute we were reflecting on our 'attitude' and the other we were being pelted with water bombs by our PSLs. We went home dripping wet but we sure had lotsa fun!

HELLO EVERYONE.

FRIENDSHIP DANCE WAS FUN-ER THAN I THOUGHT TODAY.

RAIN DANCE WAS A LITTLE BIT MORE EFFECTIVE THAN EXPECTED. IT REALLY RAINED!

STATION GAMES WAS TIRING AS USUAL. BIT DIRTIER, I MEAN A LOT DIRTIER. J

MY ASSS WAS FLOUREDDDDD YAY.

LOL THE PRANK WAS UBER FUNNY. TO BE HONEST I DIDN’T EXPECT IT AT ALL J

MASS BOMBING ROCKED.

Day Three Reflections: Tristen Tjokro

Hey Guys, what’s up? Today’s reflection for me mostly revolves around me being the ‘enthusiastic’ one taking on for the team, or in this case, tribe. First off, we had mass dancing in the morning, learning how to do the tribal dance and so on. (Sorry if I can’t remember the other one, it’s just that I’m so tired). But the most distinctive dance is actually in fact the Friendship Dance, why? Simply because we had to pair with a guy or girl and dance together with the partner, surely everyone would think this wasn’t fair. Why couldn’t we dance with people of the same gender? (Other than the fact that it would be weird that either one of us would be saying the other broke his or her heart.) Well, don’t ask me, I don’t know.

Carrying on, unlike other days, today was the day where we had our lunch at the earliest compared to all the other days. Today, we had it at around roughly 10.50p.m and we were to assemble back at the E-Hub by 11.45p.m, we also managed to work on the class cheer and I am extremely happy to say that I find it superbly satisfactory and catchy as well.

We soon also had our wet water activities and I have to say, I really contributed a whole lot. (No doubt about that) First, my hair was used for ‘hair treatment’ with materials such as: eggs, honey, ketchup, soap and masking tape as well. Through and through, you don’t want to know I feel about it. Then, I was tied up as a mummy with toilet paper and supposedly had to dodge the incoming water bombs with variations of soya sauce or water, and no one managed to land a single hit on me at all. NOT ONE! But in the end, I still took a hit to the back with a water bomb consisting of soya sauce just so that our tribe could max out our suck-up points, so sad right?

Next, at the last station, I had to remove my t-shirt just so that we could fill up the bottle with water and I have to say……actually, there’s nothing to say. My troubles hasn’t ended there just yet, we still got reprimanded by our PSLs, saying that we weren’t good enough as being a cohort and that we didn’t give a thought about their feelings. Then, we were bombarded by an array of water bombs (you should know what I mean by now), before announcing that it was just a joke, and that it was simplt just a tradition passed down from their own PSLs.

Sure today was tiring for all of us (I guess), but to me, it was best day out of all the three days so far, and I definitely won’t any doubt for the remaining two days that they would be of the same standard as the earlier three, fun enough to make me have adrenaline pumping through my veins. I’m sure.
